In this video, I’m going to spill my “secret recipe” for a beautiful mini waterfall aquarium using super everyday materials. I start by stamping six donut circles into a big foam board with a PVC pipe, then I build a strong base with four steel bars, cement, and metal mesh—so it dries like reinforced concrete. After 3 days, I peel off the foam and you can see the tank base standing on six cylinder legs, ready for the walls. Next, I split bricks and stack the fish tank walls, then plaster cement inside and out and let it cure again. I line the inside with white stone and add a glass panel on the front for that clean, classy look. The fun part is the multi-layer filter system: I cut ceramic tiles, build it like a modern tiered filter, and turn it into a mini rooftop garden with plants like pothos, aloe, and moss. After painting (white with soft purple sides, deep purple filter), I connect the PVC pipes, test the pump, add gravel, pads, LED lights, and finally release the fish. The result is crystal water, lush plants, and a relaxing green corner that melts stress away.
