In this video I unbox and set up Razer’s productivity peripherals to upgrade my desk setup. My desk was basically empty with nothing connected, so I wanted to start documenting the whole progress—everything I buy, quick testing, and my honest first impressions. I picked up the Razer Pro Type Ultra keyboard, the Razer Pro Click mouse, and the Razer Pro Glide desk mat (XXL), because I’m going for a clean, minimal white theme and I don’t want a messy cable situation. For the Pro Type Ultra, I went with the UK layout (that’s what I’m used to), and I liked that it’s a wireless mechanical keyboard with “silent” linear switches. It’s definitely quieter than my Razer Huntsman Elite, but I’ll be honest—it was still a bit louder than I expected at first. The build feels premium with the aluminium body, and I love that I can connect multiple devices and still use it smoothly on my Mac (media keys, brightness, and even the Windows key working like Command). The Pro Click mouse matches the setup perfectly and feels really comfortable in hand, plus it can connect to multiple devices too. The Pro Glide XXL surprised me—in a good way—because it’s thick, grippy underneath, and gives me loads of space for keyboard, mouse, and even my phone.
