In this one I’m kicking off Tony’s widebody MK4 Supra big turbo build, and this is basically the “get the plan straight” part of the series. I’m going over what the car is, what direction we’re taking it, and the kind of work it’s going to need to make big power without turning into a headache later. Widebody cars are awesome, but they also hide a lot—so I like starting with a clean baseline and a realistic parts list before I start throwing boost at it. My whole approach on these builds is simple: build it like you actually want to drive it. That means making sure the supporting stuff is there—fuel, cooling, drivetrain, wiring, and the little details that keep a 2JZ setup happy when the turbo gets serious. This is Part 1, so it’s more about the overall direction and what’s coming next, but if you’re into MK4 Supras, big turbo planning, and the right way to start a widebody build, this is the start of it.
