On a 2JZ, the valve cover isn’t just “a cover.” It’s sealing, crankcase ventilation, coil/plug access, and how clean the whole engine bay stays once you start leaning on the car with boost. I go over why I’m interested in these covers, what I look for before I run them on one of my builds, and the little details that make life easier when you’re constantly wrenching.
