I go into bulk editing variants, setting prices across multiple variants, and then adjusting specific variants differently—so you can discount only “Small / Green” while keeping other options at a higher price. After that, I jump into Shopify’s Discounts section to create automatic discounts like amount off products, amount off orders (with a minimum spend), and Buy X Get Y style promos for bundles/freebies. One key takeaway: Shopify won’t automatically advertise these discounts for you, so I recommend promoting them yourself using announcement bars or rich text sections in your theme.
