UCOTECH RE3PRO review! I'd given up on IEMs for my headphones, but this dynamic driver’s bass sounds EXPENSIVE. A neutral, musical signature that's perfect for audiophiles but also competent for studio monitoring and stage use. Tested with the NURI DAC dongle and compared against my 64audio A12. Are dynamic driver IEMs back? https://www.instagram.com/oardio.sound OARDIO - https://tinyurl.com/oardioucotechre3pro UCOTECH - https://ucotechlab.com/product/RE3PRO STUDIO 🎧 RIG RECOMENDATION- https://amzn.to/3EA53V4 Good starting point EQ for light mix use: 60hz -3db q0.7 200hz -1.5db q0.5 1230hz +1db q0.7 3000hz -0.5db q0.7 8000hz -2db q0.7 12700hz -8db q5 CHAPTERS: 00:00 INTRO 01:11 What's in the box? 01:32 Subjective Sound Quality 04:08 DAC Pairing 05:21 Tracking with the RE3PRO 06:08 Tips 08:58 OUTRO ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SUBSCRIBE - http://bit.ly/4aVTF0i ✪ https://www.instagram.com/projectbeatsofficial ✪ https://linktr.ee/projectbeatsofficial Video & Editing Recording Gear 👉🏽 https://amzn.to/3Oa84gN GEAR LIST: Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/shop/projectbeats Thomann - https://thmn.to/thocf/ovlps3dzyt

About This Video

Dynamic driver IEMs… are they making a comeback or am I just late to the party? In this video I review the UCOTECH RE3PRO, and honestly—going in, I’d basically forgotten about IEMs unless I’m on stage or I’ve run out of headphones for tracking. But the RE3PRO surprised me straight away: bro, the bass on this thing sounds really expensive. It’s not bloated or boomy—more like a neutral tuning with a fun low end, plus good energy up top. I break down the full package (solid build, braided balanced cable, 4.4 to 3.5 adapter, compact case) and then get into how it actually performs. Mids are smooth, vocals are great (female vocals especially), and guitars/chime come through nicely. The highs are airy and detailed, but I’m sensitive up there—so for my preference it’s a tiny bit much unless I EQ or pair it right. I also test DAC pairings (Mojo 2 vs the NURI dongle) and try real-world use: tracking and stage. Stock tips were comfy and avoided that “trapped in your head” occlusion feeling, but they let cymbal highs leak in for drum tracking—super distracting. Swapping to memory foam tips fixed that and made it a genuinely competent stage/tracking IEM, even if you lose some of the original sound presentation. I also compare it to my 64audio A12 and, for music listening, I’d pick the RE3PRO every time.
