Spray 8 x 8 pan with oil. Crumble Fritos and line pan. Drain meat and beans. Mix meat, beans, chilis, and taco sauce. Pour over chips. Add a layer of cheese. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions and stir in corn. Pour the batter on top of meat mixture.
