The most important things you need to know about ALIASING IN AUDIO PLUGINS Using saturation plugins and analog emulation plugins itb is great fun but there can be a downside to over abusing saturation at lower DAW sample rates as you can introduce audible aliasing which does have a different tonal effect to the source. Aliasing can be fixed via oversampling (internal or ddmf metaplugin oversampling).
