In this video I’m taking another proper look at Caudabe’s Paragon for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, after I’ve been using the Sheath for the last couple of days. I love the Sheath (it’s staying in the rotation), but the Paragon in Azureite is the one I’m going to be rocking full time. The colour is just absolutely stunning, and Caudabe have genuinely knocked it out the park with the blue this year. You get that pearlescent, scratch-resistant back, grippy sides, and the whole thing just feels like a really refined, minimalist case done right. I run through the fit and protection properly: the camera housing is fully protected and nicely recessed, and the front lip is raised where it matters (corners and mid sections) so you can put it face down without stressing. Buttons are precision machined aluminium, super clicky and tactile, and you can swap them out—so I show you how I pop the stock ones out and fit the cobalt blue set (which I actually prefer). I also do my usual MagSafe checks with the Apple MagSafe Battery Pack and my Nomad Base Stand. Magnets are spot on—proper strong—and it charges with no issues. I finish by showing the other colours (Midnight and Ember) and you’ve got to tell me in the comments which one you’d match to your 17 Pro Max.
