In this video, I reviewed QuillBot Premium and showed you step by step how to use it. QuillBot is mainly a paraphrasing tool, but now it also comes with a grammar checker, AI detector, plagiarism checker, summarizer, translator, citation generator, and QuillBot Flow (their AI writing tool). I started from the Paraphraser dashboard, where you can choose many languages (not only English anymore) and switch between different modes like Standard, Fluency, Humanized, Formal, Academic, Simple, Creative, Expand, Shorten, and Custom. I tested a few modes live, showed how you can click any word to replace it with suggested alternatives, and also demonstrated the “Freeze words” feature so specific words don’t change during paraphrasing. I also showed you options like listening to the paraphrased text, exporting/copying, checking history, and comparing multiple modes side-by-side. My final take: QuillBot’s paraphraser is really great (one of the best you can use), and the grammar checker is also good and easy with “accept all.” But I’m not fully satisfied with the AI detector and plagiarism checker based on my tests, and QuillBot Flow is not as strong as ChatGPT for writing full blog content. If your main need is paraphrasing + grammar, QuillBot Premium is cheap and worth considering.
