In this video, I’m introducing a really awesome AI recruitment software called Hyring, and I walk you through how it can automate your whole hiring process. The main idea is simple: you set the interview type (one-way or two-way), upload (or generate) a job description, share the interview link, and then Hyring collects applications, filters candidates, and gives you detailed reporting. For me, the biggest advantage is saving both money and time—because paying a human interviewer can cost around $20 per interview, but Hyring’s pricing is around $1.60 per interview (and even lower on some plans). Plus, a human can only interview one person at a time, but AI can interview hundreds or even thousands. I also show the dashboard step-by-step: creating a two-way interview (my favorite), generating a job description from a simple prompt, selecting skills and context, adjusting interview duration, fit score weight (technical vs communication), privacy settings, retake settings, and making the interview link public or private. Then I act as an interviewee and complete a real AI interview so you can see how it works, including screen sharing for anti-cheating. Finally, I review the AI evaluation report—fit score, technical/communication scores, integrity signals, skill ratings, transcript, and the full video recording—so you can see exactly what you get as an employer.
