About This Video

In this video I’m taking you with me to Dallas, Texas for VidSummit 25—what I saw, what I liked, and what I honestly didn’t love. I start with the trip itself and why I went in the first place: to learn what’s working right now for YouTube growth, tighten up my own process, and bring back ideas I can actually apply to PE4Doers. I also share some quick snippets from presentations so you can get a feel for the room and the kind of advice that was being pushed. After the highlights, I get into the real value for me: the concepts that were reinforced—things like being intentional with content, packaging, and channel direction—plus the parts that felt a little underwhelming or not as clearly delivered as I expected. I’m not here to trash the event, but I’m also not going to pretend everything landed perfectly. My goal is to show you what I learned, what I didn’t, and how I’m thinking about applying it so I can keep building and testing real-world tech projects while growing the channel the right way.
