In this video, I showed you how I make a simple homemade no-bake cheesecake that’s straight to the point and honestly, no complexities involved. I walked you through my ingredients (digestive biscuits, melted butter, soft cheese/cream cheese, icing sugar, double cream and Madagascan vanilla), how I crushed and mixed my biscuit base, and how I pressed it down properly so it’s compact. I also mentioned lemon is totally optional—I had it on standby but you don’t have to use it. I shared a few real-life “baker problems” too. Ideally, you should use a springform pan for a no-bake cheesecake, but I didn’t have one, so I had to get creative when it was time to remove it from my regular pan. I also talked about cream cheese options: I wanted to use Philadelphia (I couldn’t find it), and from experience, I personally prefer the taste when that brand is used. For the filling, I mixed everything together with a hand mixer (you can do it by hand, but it’ll take more effort), chilled it, then topped mine with strawberries. If you’re a home baker, this is a great add-on product—easy to execute, simple to price, and perfect for clean, profitable menu expansion.
