In this video I’m unboxing and reviewing the Mars Attacks alien figure from Super7, and I’m honestly stoked on it. Right out of the box, the paint is what grabbed me first—it’s one of those figures that just looks “finished” without me feeling like I need to touch anything up. I also go over articulation, because if I’m going to use a figure in a diorama setup or toy photo, I need it to hit poses without fighting me the whole time. I also talk about the whole “Topps cards vs the film” thing. Apparently this version is based on the Topps cards and not the movie, but the movie is based on the Topps cards…so for me, I don’t really see a difference. The big takeaway is simple: this is one of my favorite figures I’ve bought in a while, and I’m happy enough with it that I genuinely want another one. If you’re into aliens, weird retro sci-fi, or you just want a solid figure to drop into a miniature scene, this one’s a fun pickup.
