This weekly vlog is a little mix of adulting, self-care, and me trying to get my life together before my work trip. I start my Saturday running into town because the grocery store by me has been giving “everything is stale” and I needed real groceries—salmon, yogurt, strawberries, lemons, water… the basics. I also met up with my friend and we did a much-needed girls day (and yes, drinks happened). I even tried an oyster shot and I’m not gonna lie… it actually tasted good. I also did a quick little Bath & Body Works run because I had to go back for Glazed Pumpkin—she smells so good—and I grabbed candles for my mom too. Later in the week I finally got my altered pieces back from my tailor (and I’m still side-eyeing the price, okay), cooked a simple dinner, and showed you how I dermaplan at home. I’m very big on not doing it dry—use a cleanser, cleansing oil, or an oil so you’re not tearing up your skin. After dermaplaning, I keep it super gentle: a light sheet mask, my Medicube Triple Collagen Toner, and a soothing cream. Then we get into packing mode, because I cannot be doing last-minute chaos, and I share what I actually pack—especially my toiletry bag, because that’s the most important bag. Period.
