Epic Motorcycle Touring in Iceland: A Journey of Untamed Beauty [S4-E3]

September 1st, 2022: My Icelandic journey continues! On this 3rd day i spend some time visiting tourist attractions: Dimmuborgir lava field and Dittufoss, one of the largest waterfalls in Europe! Per Icelandic standards I have all sorts of weather this day as well; sun, wind and drizzles of rain. Route description: I started my day in Myvatn, just a few minutes away from Dimmuborgir. I continued to the east side of Dettifoss following Road 1 and road 864. After 56 kilometers on brutally bumpy roads I enter road 85 and follow it west through Husavik and eventually back onto Road 1. Just a few kilometers further west I check into Hótel Edda Stórutjarnir for the night.
