What good everybody—Nonpfixion here, and in this video I finally react to the official teaser trailer for How to Train Your Dragon. I’m looking forward to it heavy, especially because this story has always hit for me: that father-and-son tension, and then that bond between a boy and his dragon that grows into something deeper as he becomes a young man. I wasn’t sitting here like “this is the one thing we NEED,” but I’ve been mad curious how they were gonna pull it off in live-action… and yeah, I’m impressed. I talk through the big moments that sold me: the look of the world (you instantly feel the area they lived in), how the father gives straight-up cartoon vibes, and how Hiccup looks like Hiccup—even down to the nose. The sound design stood out too, because it already feels cinematic and emotional. And when Toothless shows up? Nah—you can’t beat that. Off this teaser alone, I’m bought in 100% and ready for June 13th, 2025.
