It honestly feels like it’s been forever since I’ve done this “for real,” and the world has shifted hard—especially with AI suddenly everywhere. I’m recording this on an iPhone 15 Pro now, and even that alone says a lot about how different things are compared to when I stopped being consistent. This video is basically me checking back in, showing you the (very) real state of my current setup, and talking through what’s changed—new space, new routines, and a lot of old tech that’s either falling apart or just straight-up not working anymore. I walk you through the chaos: my cluttered studio apartment, my aging PC with panels literally off the case, and the pile of gear from the pandemic era still hanging around. I also talk about what I’ve upgraded—like my Hisense U8 TV paired with a Sonos Beam Gen 2—and what’s next, including getting back to a consistent upload schedule and possibly changing the channel’s name while keeping the core of what I love: tech content, tutorials, “what if” experiments, and design-focused takes. Big takeaway: I’m rebuilding. Between a full-time STEM/STEAM educator job and finishing grad school in education technology, I’ve been stretched thin—but I’m aiming to bring the channel back, cleaner and more intentional, starting soon.
