It’s a new video, finally—and yeah, I’ve been gone for a long time. In this update I’m basically reconnecting with everyone here on YouTube after stepping away for almost a quarter of a year. Life got very busy and honestly pretty complex: I went back to school for a second bachelor’s degree, and trying to balance classes, homework, work, and my usual gym routine on top of editing/uploading just became too much. I was staying up until 1–2 AM trying to keep quality high, and I had to step back. I also talk about a big change: I publicly stepped down from the Windows Insider MVP program. Not for any political reason—purely because if I’m not consistently doing Insider-related work, I don’t think I should hold that spot. The upside is it gives me more freedom to think and talk without worrying about NDAs. Then I get into the channel’s direction: I’m planning a new name and brand identity, and I want to expand beyond “Windows-only” expectations. Going forward I want to review apps across all platforms—mobile (iOS/Android), web apps, and even app ecosystems from places like Tesla or Meta Quest—while still keeping my concept critiques, selective news when I’m genuinely excited, and hardware when I can afford to get it.
