Hey everyone, welcome welcome back — in this Project Pan update I’m focusing on makeup (my other “use it up” series is for everything else like hair, nails, skin, body, and shower stuff). My project pan is a rolling style where I keep 10 items in at a time, and once I hit a goal I swap something new in. This month was extra exciting because I had two roll outs, and honestly, it’s so motivating to see steady progress add up. I finished my Fenty Pro Filt’r True Matte Primer (my favorite and basically the only primer I use), and I also finished my mini Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light — I tried to get every last corner, but I’m not bending my brushes into oblivion anymore. I shared how I track usage with a simple phone app called Counter, and it’s made staying consistent so much easier. I also updated my Elf eye brightener, my Fenty powder foundation (pan is expanding fast), my Hourglass holiday palette goals, my nearly-gone bronzer, and my two lip products (Tower 28 gloss + a YSL lipstick I won’t repurchase, but I will finish). For roll-ins, I’m bringing in Milani Make It Last setting spray (easy finish) and a super cute Disney cats loose powder I picked up in Japan. My goal is to keep powder light and not overdo it, especially as I move back toward more liquid/cream base products.
