In this video I do a quick, hands-on review of the Salange mini projector, and honestly I’m extremely impressed. They did send it over, but this might be the most capable mini projector I’ve personally reviewed—especially for the size. I walk through the ports (HDMI, aux, USB, IR) and show it running a random YouTube video so you can see how it looks in a real room. What surprised me most is the color and brightness. It was sunny outside and I didn’t even have my overhead light on, and it still put out a lot of light for a tiny projector. I also test the autofocus by moving it back, and it snaps back into focus almost immediately, which is pretty crazy at this price. I talk about the fan noise (somewhat loud but not bad once you’re watching something), the built-in speaker (decent volume, but I’d still recommend an aftermarket speaker), and the remote—no dedicated Netflix/Prime buttons, but it’s super responsive with no lag and it even has voice control. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget mini projector, this one really impressed me.
