Happy Tom Ford Tuesday. In this video I’m finally putting the NEW Tom Ford Runway Eye Color Quad Poudre to the test—shade 27 Evening Attire. I walk you through the packaging evolution side-by-side with the older compacts (yes, the full-on “T” hardware is here), talk sizing/weight differences, and share what’s actually changed in day-to-day use—like the new little latch that isn’t magnetic. I also point out that you still don’t get shade names, but you do get finishes listed on the back (matte, sparkle, demi-matte). Then we get into what really matters: formula. I swatch all four shades and give you my first impressions on texture and payoff—one swipe pigment, super fine sparkle that isn’t gritty, and a “demi-matte” that honestly reads more satin (but I like it). I create two full looks: a soft brown smoky eye and a soft halo eye using the sparkle shade built up with the applicator (which, by the way, gave me way less fallout than a brush). I also share my thoughts on the ingredient list—hydrated vegetable oil being high up is interesting—but ultimately, wear time is going to be the deciding factor, and I’ll be watching that closely.
