Hello, hi—yeah, I love nails. In this video I’m sharing BTArtBox’s newest collection, the XCOATTIPS Bare Series, and we’re doing a full set together from start to finish. The whole vibe of this collection is “second skin” nails: soft nudes and pinks that look super natural but still polished. I show you a quick haul of what I bought (because yes, I get PR sometimes, but I also shop BTArtBox a lot), plus what they sent over—like the gel glue, the Protecting Duo, and their newer mini lamp that’s perfect for flash curing. Then we get into the real-life details: I update you on my Londontown polish set that lasted a little over two weeks (I was impressed), remove it, and walk through my prep—cuticle work, a very thin layer of hard gel for protection, buffing for texture, and my peel-off base since I’m planning more looks soon. For application, I use the Medium Coffin shape and talk through sizing (sidewall to sidewall), keeping everything flush, cleaning up gel spillage (big no-no to cure gel on skin), and that optional acetone “melt” at the cuticle for a seamless blend. And because you know me—we’re not staying totally plain. I do an easy, beginner-friendly chrome moment without the mess by mixing chrome powder into top coat, then finish with white gel polka dots. Clean, wearable, effortless… but still fun.
