Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the Marilyn Darling Show—today I’m setting up Week 11 of 2026 in my bullet journal, and yes, I’m doing that thing where I realize one sixth of the year is already gone. I flip through what I’ve actually been up to (Olive Garden with the roommates, a physical exam, getting a new chair that’s throwing my posture off, and the usual bills like rent and the bus pass), and I jot down the week ahead: birthdays, laundry before Pi Day, making a pie, and OC Pen Club on the 14th. I also check my steps for the week and my channel numbers—1,745 subscribers as of March 1st—and I’m genuinely grateful for every shoutout and new sub. Then I go on a little detour—because of course I do—into decals vs. stickers and how to apply a vinyl decal properly (it’s a patience game: peel, place, rub, rub, rub, and then peel the clear transfer layer). I also give a quick calligraphy practice tutorial, including how I set up guidelines in Procreate (draw guide, tweak it until the lines behave, then adjust stabilization and motion filtering).
