Xavie and Hilton

Xavie started his journey with the Mencap Training Academy on one of our pre-internship programmes and progressed on to a full supported internship the following year. Xavie loves talking to and meeting new people, so a work experience placement at Hilton London Kensington as a Lobby Ambassador seemed ideal. With the support of his Mencap skills coach, Chloe and the wonderful supportive team at Hilton, Xavie thrived in work and now has a paid job!
