Fostering an inclusive workforce: Wincanton, Screwfix and Mencap

We caught up with some of our learners from our Mencap Training Academy supported internships programme, who have placements at Wincanton and Screwfix. These internships not only provide people with a learning disability an opportunity to do work they love but also creates a more a diverse and inclusive workforce.
