In this video I’m sharing the Sephora (and a little high/low) products I’m using every single day right now—haircare, shower essentials, and my simple but effective skincare routine for my mid-40’s. I filmed in the boys’ room for the lighting, then took you right into the bathroom with me after I’d just washed my hair and got out of the shower. I’m trying the VERB Go shampoo and conditioner, and then going back to an OG combo for my short natural hair: a curl-enhancing smoothie and gel, letting it air dry and then tying it down. In the shower, I’m obsessed with the Ouai Scalp & Body Scrub—my skin feels so soft, and I can’t wait to use it on my scalp now that my hair is shorter. I also show a few different shower oils (I’ve got thoughts, y’all), and I’m going to do a full shower oil rundown soon because the textures and how they cleanse are not all the same. After the shower I go in with Bioderma micellar water first, then Belif’s milky toner, and CosRx Snail Mucin to soften and help everything absorb. Then it’s serums (DRMTLGY Needle-less first, then Vitamin C for that glow), a rich hydrating face cream (amazing for dry skin, but oily girls—nighttime only), SPF 46, and I finish with Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream.
