Come with me to the biggest Olive Young store in South Korea—this location was so massive I genuinely didn’t know where to start. It’s in Dongdaemun, and the store kicks off on the second floor with makeup. They literally carry every Korean brand you can think of (and a bunch I’d never even heard of), plus a full perfume section that leaned super sweet to me. In the back, there’s even a more “luxury” corner with brands like Urban Decay, Dior, and HERA, and they also had a K-pop section that surprised me with artists I didn’t recognize. Upstairs is where skincare and health & wellness take over, and the selection is wild. I loved that they have a consultant area where you can talk through your skin type and concerns—and yes, they even have a skin scanner. There’s also a spa that uses products sold in-store, plus a whole sleep/aromatherapy wall that I could’ve stayed at forever. Of course, I had to try a sugar scrub at the sink (it made my hands feel so soft). I ended the tour in my favorite section: snacks—Olive Young has some of the best “healthy” snacks, so I never feel guilty. I’m definitely going back to actually shop and take suggestions on what I should pick up next.
