In PART 2 of my Albania trip, I’m taking you with me through Sarandë and Ksamil for the full “Europe’s Maldives” vibe—beach clubs, food spots, and the real baecation energy. We start the day with food at Greek Souvlaki (4.9 on Google, love that), and I’m showing you how I actually find places when I’m traveling—Google Maps, nearby restaurants, and checking reviews before we commit. Then we head down to the beach (and when I say down… the stairs are NOT a joke), soaking in the insane views and trying to make the most of the day even when I’m fighting a hangover. I’m also keeping it honest about what’s worth it: some places are cute but the service can be awful, and some restaurants don’t even have what’s on their menu (especially meat). I talk you through our anniversary dinner at Lost Seaside—good fish, slow service, no meat—and then we try Balcony Restaurant, which I genuinely rated for friendly staff, good prices, and actually having what they say they have. We wrap up with beach club moments, sunset views, and my final thoughts as we head back to Tirana—nostalgic, grateful, and lowkey ready to get back to routine.
