Alright guys, today we’re upgrading what might already be the best all in one rack for a home gym: the Echo Strength Half Rack & Smith Functional Trainer, with two of their newest attachments: articulating (pivot) arms and a leg holder attachment. AND and these honestly fix two of the biggest gaps in an all-in-one setup. The articulating arms add a whole new layer of versatility. You can now run plate-loaded presses, rows, and more with adjustable movement paths, basically turning this rack into a machine-style training system without adding more equipment. And the leg holder? This is the one a lot of people overlook...until you try to go heavy on lat pulldowns and start lifting off the seat. This locks you down so you can actually train your back properly and push real weight. 👉 If you already own this rack, these attachments are a serious upgrade. 👉 If you’re considering it, this is what takes it from “great value” to a complete home gym setup. ➡️ Get 15% off with code LUKESGARAGEGYM ➡️ Check out the attachments here: 👉 Leg Holder Attachment: https://www.echostrengthdepot.com/products/leg-holder-attachment 👉 Articulating Arms (Pivot Arms): https://www.echostrengthdepot.com/products/articulating-arms-attachment ➡️ Grab the full Echo Strength system here: https://www.echostrengthdepot.com/products/half-rack-and-smith-functional-trainer-combo-machine This system is still built with 3x3 11-gauge steel, dual 200lb stacks, and a Smith machine — but now with these attachments, you’re covering way more movement patterns without adding more machines or taking up more space. About This Video

I’m upgrading what I still think is one of the best value all-in-one setups out there: the Echo Strength Half Rack + Smith + Functional Trainer combo. In this video I test two new add-ons—the articulating (pivot) arms and the leg holder attachment—and I do it the way I like reviews done: real-life testing with the mic on so you can hear what’s smooth, what’s noisy, and what actually feels good under load. The pivot arms are the big versatility unlock. You get vertical and horizontal adjustment, and on this rack I measured close to 90 inches end-to-end when you swing them wide—awesome for chest flys if you want that big stretch. The other major win is being able to connect both sides to get a true 1:1 feel for heavy pulls like lat pulldowns and rows, while still keeping the 2:1 setup for lighter, more incremental cable work. The leg holder fixes a common all-in-one problem too: going heavy on pulldowns and literally lifting off the bench. It’s solid steel-on-steel in the uprights and it’s not going anywhere. Bottom line: if you’ve got this Echo system (or you’re considering it), these two attachments plug two of the biggest gaps—more machine-style movement paths and a legit way to lock yourself down for heavy back work—without adding another giant machine to your garage.
