The self help industry is one of the biggest selling industries in the world they tell you how much your life will change or transform you if take the intuitive to read the books. Self help advice can be very detrimental when consumed at a high level , I have personally read so may self help books which I still continue to read because I love them but I know they don't fix me out me can fix myself.
