In this video I’m doing a cozy “color with me” session using a llama-themed adult coloring book and alcohol markers, and of course we’re chatting while I craft. Coloring is one of my favorite ways to take my mind off daily chronic pain for a little bit, and I love having something creative to do even when my body is not cooperating. I also share a little peek into my real life with chronic illness—things like Raynaud’s, Lupus, Scleroderma/CREST, gastroparesis, and the medical devices I live with every day.
