I talk honestly about the pain, how I’m feeling, and what recovery looks like in real time when you’re living with chronic illness on top of everything else. I share the messy, unfiltered parts—because I know how isolating it can feel when your body is doing the most and you’re just trying to get through the day. I also bring a little joy into the heaviness with a yarn giveaway for the USA lower 48.
