I take you with me to Uhuru Park (Turu Park as I was calling it) where I met one of you and I literally took her through a class on how to film and edit videos. We chose that spot because it’s free, it’s pretty, and there are no limitations to filming—so we did the theory, then I had her shoot clips on her own, and I walked her through editing step by step. I also show you my little OOTD moment (rare trouser day), plus some cute gifts I received—because you guys are always so warm and thoughtful when we meet. Back home, I unbox the main character: the Novaalab Glow Therapy Mask that shipped all the way from the US (and yes, I waited more than a month). I show you everything in the box, explain how red light therapy works in a simple way (cells losing energy = slower healing), and I test the mask properly on a clean face. I try the different modes—red for lines/wrinkles, blue for acne, yellow for redness, plus infrared—and I share my real first-time experience (it’s not painful, but it is heavy).
