They are easy to use. You can add one packet to a glass of water. Stir until it dissolves. Then drink it. I found it had a light orange taste with honey mixed in. I've used it alone or mixed it with juice. Both ways it's good. It's not too sweet. I did note that the drink mix does have flecks in it. I assume those are the added ingredients. Some of the ingredients include the following: Vitamin C Zarbee's Proprietary Immune Blend Beta Glucans, Turkey Tail Mushroom extract, Astragulus Extract, and Elderberry. Selenium and Zinc. Overall I liked the product and found it did give me a bit of a pick me up when I was feeling a bit sluggish.
