I'd never tried a body mask before. it was a unique experience. It smells so much like coconut. the masks may need to be reposition to fit your needs or desired location. As with any paper mask when they begin to dry they will lift away from the skin. you can wear the mask from 20 to 30 minutes. I did feel that it hydrated and nourished my skin yet I didn't notice a big difference when it came to firming or toning.
