I've used it off and on over the past few weeks. Overall the neck cream is hydrating. Personally, I didn't notice a major difference in my skin tone or texture. I don't have any real deep lines on my neck. I do have a chubby neck, however. I used the product more at night so once a day. It did hydrate my neck and chest area. The cream is thick and a small amount goes a long way. I had great hydration results but not much in terms of firming or lifting. This may have just been due to user error since I only used it once a day. Or maybe because my skin isn't very loose. I did try an experiment to see how well it worked on wrinkles.
