This product was a complementary product on behalf of the brand and the Pop sugar dabble community for reviewing and testing purposes. You start off by taking one soft gel 30 minutes before going to bed. You can take up to 2 soft gels. For me, I tried the product taking one soft gel. I did notice I became slightly drowsy. I felt more of a relaxed feeling throughout my body. My first night's sleep was average. I did wake up but that's normal for me. I did feel I fell asleep faster and that my On the second night, I tried two soft gels. Again I did feel more relaxed. I found taking two soft gels worked better for me.
