I found that I noticed lash growth or a change in my lash length within the first week of use. Of course, this may vary by user. I've been using the serum for 5 weeks (as of 10/23/2020) and my lashes look fuller and longer. My top lashes seem to have more fullness. You apply to serum to your top and bottom lashes twice daily. You apply the serum like an eyeliner then brush the serum outward to the tips of your lashes.
