How to set up a auto replies for Facebook

I thought this week I'd share how to create an auto reply for Facebook. I'd like to note if you have a business Facebook page linked to a business Instagram account you can cross-post replies. I'll explain a bit about that later. How to set up an auto reply: setting up a quick reply is easy. if you have a business account you can use the following steps. Note if you use Facebook Business suite tools you can also access these settings. 1. Log into your business page or the business suite 2. click the settings tab on your page 3. click messaging 4. Under General settings click Go to Automated Responses 5. on the new page click the Automatic Response icon. 6. Create your response. 7. Save and activate Why set up an automated response? Auto replies are very useful if you are asked the same question repeatedly or if you just want to save time. It's also helpful if you want to direct the messenger to a certain email or just create a general reply for brands to see when they DM you.
