This window ac unit can cool up to 700 square feet and is 14,300 BTUs. The box includes everything you need to install the unit all you need is a screw driver or a drill. The also contains the installation booklet, instruction manual, and a remote control. The product can also be connected to the Frigidaire app. The unit has 5 settings Eco (energy saving mode), Cool, Fan only, Dry and Auto. The unit can be set to Fahrenheit or Celsius at the press of a button. By default when the unit is turned on it sets to 72 degree F (22 C) or Auto mode. You can change the degrees on the remote or the keypad on the unit. The unit can be set to 80 F (26 C) or as cold as 60 F (15 C). The unit includes a removable/washable dust filter.
