Bake on baking sheet at 350F for 20 mins., then let it cool for 20-30 mins. Once cooled, break into clusters. Enjoy! - Seed crackers: https://minimalistbaker.com/easy-seed-crackers-with-everything-bagel-seasoning/#wprm-recipe-container-88800 - Caramel corn: https://dreenaburton.com/oil-free-popcorn-caramel-corn/ For 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels I quadrupled the original sauce quantity from this recipe. I also added about 1/2 cup peanuts to the popcorn before adding the sauce. - Spiced Cranberry jam: 1 bag of fresh cranberries (approx. 12 oz.) 1/2 - 1 cup water (or orange juice) Start with less and add more if needed 1 star anise (if you like anise flavor) 1 cinnamon stick 1 tsp. orange zest 1/4 cup maple syrup (or date paste) Cook for 10-12 minutes on the stovetop, stirring occasionally until your mixture has softened into a jam consistency. Must be stored in fridge, or you can also store in freezer. Just make sure there is space at the top of the jar in case the jam expands a bit. - Apple butter: https://zardyplants.com/recipes/instant-pot-apple-butter/#tasty-recipes-6195-jump-target I halved this recipe, but kept the orange juice amount the same and used 1/2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice. Must be stored in fridge, or you can also store in freezer. Just make sure there is space at the top of the jar in case the jam expands a bit. - Rustic country loaf: https://www.lionsbread.com/same-day-country-loaf/ When I bake extra loaves I always slice the entire loaf the day after I bake it and add it (sliced) into a ziploc and then into the freezer. This will keep your bread fresh and ready to eat! - Chocolate bark: 1 cup vegan chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate of your choice) Optional: a few drops of peppermint extract Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, dried fruit, crushed candy canes, vegan sprinkles, etc. Melt chocolate in 20 second intervals in microwave, stirring between each round. Spread onto parchment paper and add to fridge to set. Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces. If your house is quite warm you may find this is best stored in the fridge to keep from melting. π± Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/LetsEatPlants IG: https://www.instagram.com/lets.eat.plants/ FB: https://www.facebook.com/Lets-Eat-Plants-108029567397987 [Disclosure: As an Amazon Associate I earn a small commission from qualifying purchases.
