If mixture is too thick, add 1-2 Tbsp of plant milk (and/or coconut oil) until you reach a very smooth consistency. Add mixture into fridge until set. Then scoop into ball shapes and set in freezer for 20-30 minutes. Once frozen, add chocolate coating. For chocolate coating: 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips 1 tsp. refined coconut oil Melt chocolate in 20 sec. intervals in microwave, stirring between each time. When chocolate is nearly melted, add in coconut oil and heat until smooth. Dip frozen bites into chocolate and set on parchment paper lined plate. Keep in fridge until ready to serve. ✨ My favorite kitchen tools: Wash basins with strainers: https://amzn.to/3DEE8Eu Glass storage containers (I use the Ikea brand but these are similar) https://amzn.to/43VrKLc 6-quart Instant Pot: https://amzn.to/3dkbs9v Instant Pot sealing rings: https://amzn.to/3eyauXz Vitamix V1200: https://amzn.to/3BNQYzq 🌱 Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/LetsEatPlants IG: https://www.instagram.com/lets.eat.plants/ FB: https://www.facebook.com/Lets-Eat-Plants-108029567397987 [Disclosure: As an Amazon Associate I earn a small commission from qualifying purchases.
