I’m officially done with my fall project pan, so in this video I’m kicking off my Winter 2025 Project Pan intro—plus I’m actually taking you along while I shop my stash and pick the products category by category. Instead of just holding up a lineup, I’m talking through what feels “true deep winter” to me, what’s too spring/summer (like Country Apple, Pearberry, and Pure Wonder), and what I’m saving for another season. I’m also switching up my update schedule this time: I’m doing two updates during the 12-week project (about every four weeks) because my last project moved so fast that one mid-point update wasn’t as satisfying. For body care, I build a really intentional winter routine around gourmands, coffee-vanillas, and cozy berry scents. I pick eight body washes (including Peppermint Bark Truffle, Vanilla Cafe, Dream Bright, and a couple of “I need to finally finish this” choices like Into the Night), then choose scrubs that actually pair well (Merry Mint for peppermint, Cinnamon Dolce as a flexible graham-cracker vibe, and Hot Cocoa Swirl even though I’m picky about that formula). I also roll over my EOS lotions, add Merry Cookie and Dream Bright for seasonal layering, and choose a focused mist lineup (like Vanilla Skin for bedtime, Cozy Vanilla Bourbon, Snowflakes & Cashmere, Bright Christmas Morning, and SDJ 71) so I have variety without totally losing progress.
