In this video I’m kicking off my April Project Pan intro and doing a full shop my stash for body care, fragrance, and a little bit of makeup. The big update is that I’m switching from my usual seasonal (3-month) projects to a monthly format, because I realized I get scent fatigue pretty fast—end-of-winter Laura was not loving what beginning-of-winter Laura picked. Going forward, my monthly projects will be: an intro/shop my stash, one mid-month update, and a finale. For body care, I’m keeping it manageable (borderline ambitious) by focusing on two body washes—Bath & Body Works Pearberry (I’m not crazy about it, but I’ve held onto it forever and I want it out) and Fairy Tale (because I’ve been craving that YSL Libre-ish vibe). For moisturizers I’m pairing Fairy Tale body lotion with the Belle body cream, and I’m tracking progress with lines and weights (opaque packaging = food scale time). In fragrance, I’m focusing on two mists—Peeping It Real as my light gourmand layering option and Belle as my sweet, balanced rose—plus travel perfumes like YSL Libre, Nest Turkish Rose oil, and a nearly-finished Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato. I also pull a few tiny samples to stop hoarding them (yes, I store them in a mason jar), and I round it out with a Tree Hut scrub, an EOS shave oil, and a couple makeup staples I want to actually use consistently.
