I smelled the new Lore scents (my favorites were the orange and green), checked out the giant Flur display (Cherry Stem was actually pretty good and not too-sweet cherry), and I finally smelled the new Rare Beauty perfume—vanilla/caramel goodness that reminded me of Burberry Goddess vibes in a way. I also browsed hair and skincare, including ColorWow (I’m very intrigued by the Money line) and some barrier-focused skincare. Then we headed to Target for fall body care and affordable self-care finds. I gave you my honest takes on the new Dove fall scents (maple glazed donut was a hard no for me—spoiled milk vibes—while cinnamon pumpkin pie was a spicy pumpkin spice dream), checked out Native, Tree Hut, EOS, and even peeped newer-to-my-store brands like Dossier and Versed Makeup. I wrapped it up with a mini haul of what I actually bought: my Moroccan Oil heat protectant, a trial size of the ColorWow Money Mask, a thicker barrier cream for cooler months, my favorite tinted mineral SPF, plus a few drugstore hair/hygiene staples I always repurchase.
