In this video I’m finally doing a massive declutter of my GIANT perfume collection—travel sizes, minis, decants, and an absurd amount of little samples. Over the past couple of years my collection has gotten a little out of hand, and I wanted to be super honest with myself: if I don’t love it, if it’s redundant, or if I never reach for it, it’s gotta go. I start with my travel sprays (I store them in a little acrylic organizer), and I talk through why I love buying travels as a collector—more scent options, less commitment, and I’m way more likely to actually finish them. I go row by row and sort into keep/maybe/declutter, and I’m really picky about duplicates (like when something overlaps with Burberry Goddess or gives me “Bianca Latte” vibes). I also call out when something has gone off—especially with some Skylar scents—and I’m not afraid to declutter a perfume that’s “good” if it’s just not my vibe anymore (like Vanilla Vibes). Along the way I share my best gourmands, my favorite layering picks (hi, Nest Turkish Rose oil), and the scents that are sentimental to me—like Dolce & Gabbana Devotion, which I wore on my wedding day.
