In this video I talk about what it looked like for me to stop teaching (as much) for VIPKid—and what I learned when the “honeymoon phase” wears off. VIPKid can be an amazing fit (I’m still a VIPKid teacher), but there are seasons where you realize you need a change, more flexibility, or a new adventure. I share the mindset shift that helped me: online teaching is still a great opportunity…sometimes we just need to adjust what we’re doing. I also walk you through why I started leaning into Outschool and why it can feel like a breath of fresh air if you’re craving more control.
