About This Video

In this video, I’m walking you through how I write VIPKid feedback faster without sounding robotic—and how strong feedback can actually help you grow your VIPKid business. I share my SHAPE framework (it’s five simple steps) so you always know what to say, you don’t overthink it, and parents feel confident booking you again. The goal is effective feedback in a fraction of the time, plus more parent messages and more return students. Here’s the breakdown: Surprise (a quick, specific “wow” moment from class), Highlight (what your student did well), Advise (one clear next-step to improve), Praise (encouragement that feels genuine), and Engage. Engage is where a lot of teachers miss an opportunity, so I teach it in three parts: Thank the parent, Preview what you’ll do next time, and Ask a simple question to invite a reply. If you want extra practice ideas, I link my VIPKid resources page, and if you’re still trying to get hired, you can use my referral link to access my hiring guide, communities, and coaching support.
