In this one I’m testing out the NEW Virtuosa nerfs in live duels and seeing if she’s actually been toned down… and yeah, she’s still strong. I’m not gonna lie, I straight up had moments where I’m like, “I forgot how to play Virtuosa,” because I’m rusty—my reads felt average and my reactions were kinda trash early on. But once I started getting comfortable again (and remembering stance stuff like needing to be on the right side for my armor/trade situations), the character still felt super oppressive in the right hands. I run into some sweaty matchups—Lawbringer being a beast like always—and I’m actively testing habits mid-fight: max range zones, how often people go into GB, and whether I’m basically free to dodge attack at will if they won’t punish it. I also talk about how bouncing between modes matters: if I play too much 4s it dulls my 1v1 skills, and if I grind duels too hard my “4s senses” disappear. Biggest takeaway: even with nerfs, Virtuosa can still delete health if you lock in, make the right adjustments, and stop being scared to throw stuff—sometimes you really do have to “risk it for the biscuit.”
